|TABLEHUNT sells to the trade, as well as to the retail customer. We provide linens for designers and interior decorators, gift shops, tabletop stores, antique and furniture dealers, linen departments, floral shops (display), and French country stores. Our table settings and tea cosies are used in tea rooms and restaurants. |
TABLEHUNT's individual retail customers often need oversize or odd-size tablecloths for their antique or custom-made tables. They can choose fabrics to complement their home decor. We welcome individual inquiries.
TABLEHUNTS Gourmet Apron is made from the same fabrics as the tablelinens, and is a one-size-fits-all design, unique because of the continuous three and a half yard adjustable neck and waist tie. The Gourmet Apron uses a full yard of fabric, giving good body coverage, and is designed to be flattering to the wearer while cooking and entertaining guests in the kitchen. TABLEHUNT also provides a childs apron, proportionally smaller, in the same design.
The TAILORED SEAT TM is a dining room chair cover, made in the same choices of fabrics as tablelinens, and will fit most dining chairs. The TAILORED SEAT may be used to create a new look, to protect upholstery, to cover worn seats, or to coordinate a collection of chairs. The TAILORED SEAT will fit seats 17-21 wide by 15-18 deep. The arm chair, as well as unusual sized side chairs, can be fitted with measurements provided by the client for a custom template. (Designed by Annette Hunt.)
TABLEHUNT is the work of two sisters, Annette Hunt and Donna Hunt Burgner, who personally care for the orders of each customer. They were taught the skills of sewing by their grandmother, who was head of the sewing room at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis; their mother, Edna Hunt (pictured on the right), who was a fashion illustrator and is still a fine seamstress; and their 4-H background that demanded the highest competitive quality. Annette Hunt and Donna Burgner are third generation seamstresses with a love of beautiful fabric and fine sewing.
